Almond Butter & Strawberry Jam Overnight Oats

Recipe:

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup nut milk (I love Three Trees almond milk)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 half banana

  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (I love Frontier)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 of a medium sized lemon

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • Himalayan pink salt

Let’s get cookin’ ~ good lookin’

In a blender, add in the banana, almond butter, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, nut milk, 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt & blend thoroughly.

In your favorite jar, add in the oats and chia seed and stir. Add in the blended mixture and stir until combined. Place lid on top & put base in the fridge until the next part is ready to be added.

Back to the blender we go! In the rinsed blender, add in strawberries, lemon, and the rest of the maple syrup (1/2 tablespoon). Blend thoroughly and set aside.

Take out the oat jar & swirl in the strawberry mixture. Let sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
