Chocolate Banana Bread Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Almond butter (optional)

  • Himalayan pink salt

Let’s get cookin’ ~ good lookin’

In a blender, add in nut milk, half of a banana, maple syrup (optional), cacao powder, cinnamon, Himalayan pink salt. Blend thoroughly and set aside.

In your favorite jar, add oats, walnuts & the banana mixture. Stir through.

If you decide to mix it up with some almond butter, you can either swirl it in the oat mixture before you place it in the fridge overnight or you can drizzle it on top before serving. If you are feeling extra nutty, you can totally do both :)

Let sit overnight in the fridge before enjoying!
