Protein & Greens Chia Pudding

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I love Sakara Protein & Greens)

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup blueberries (or berries of your choice)

  • 1 cup nut milk

Let’s get cookin’ ~ good lookin’

In a blender, combine protein, nut milk, banana & blend through.

In your favorite jar, add in chia seeds & the blended mixture, stir until filly combined. Add in your favorite berries & feel free to top it off with coconut flakes or granola upon serving.

Let sit for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
