Quick & Easy Hummus

  • 1 - 15oz can of garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons tahini

  • 1 medium sized lemon

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Let’s get cookin’ ~ good lookin’

Add everything to a blender or food processor & blend until smooth. Top with a drizzle of olive oil & a few olives.
